    My x husband was court ordered to pay the mortgage and the 2nd mortgage. He did not do so and now the home has been foreclosed on, 2+ yrs later Is there anyway to indicated this on my credit report or a way to remove that from my record. He was ordered orginally, while he resides there, and in the final court proceedings he was made finally responsible for all debts regarding the mortgage and 2nd mortgage. However, he was never willing to remove my name from the loan. Thanks for your help.
